3 technical requirements
3.1 appearance quality: the coating should be uniform in color, can be mixed evenly, without caking, fine particles, and smooth without coarse particles after film forming
3.2 the performance of waterborne PVC coating shall meet the requirements of Table 1
4 test method
4.1 test piece
the film thickness of the test piece is 4.0mm ± 0.2mm
4.2 test conditions
the standard test temperature in the laboratory is 20 ± 2 ℃
4.3 test equipment
4.3.1 thermometer: - 20 ~ 50 ℃, 0 ~ 150 ℃, accuracy 0.5 ℃
4.3.2 vernier caliper: accuracy 0.05mm
4.3.3 tensile testing machine: tensile speed 0 ~ 100mm/min, 0 ~ 1000N
4.3.4 electric blast drying oven: temperature range 0 ~ 300 ℃, accuracy ± 2 ℃
4.3.5 refrigerator: the temperature can be adjusted between 0 ~ 20 ℃, and the clarity is ± 2 ℃
4.3.6 asbestos cement board: 80mm × 35mm × 4mm, 24 pieces
4.3.7 do not use trapezoidal lead screw impermeability tester: comply with the provisions of gb328.3

4.5 extensibility
4.5.1 test steps
prepare the test piece according to 6.5.1.2 in jc408. First, weigh 2.0g of the mixed sample, add 2G of water, mix it well, put it into the middle section of the asbestos board in the trough plate, trowel it, and dry it in the oven at 40 ± 2 ℃ for 4h. Then weigh 30g of the sample, trowel and dry it twice or thrice, with an interval of 6 ~ 12h. The last coating should be dried in the oven for 24h, with a film thickness of 4.0mm ± 0.2mm. A total of 12 specimens were prepared. The untreated extensibility test shall be carried out according to 6.5.2.1 in jc408. The range of the tensile machine is 1000N, the tensile speed is 50mm/min, and the extension value is accurate to 0.5mm. The heat treatment extensibility shall be carried out according to 6.5.2.2 and 6.5.4.2 in jc408. Alkali treatment extensibility shall be carried out according to 6.5.2.3 and 6.5.4.3 in jc408. The ultraviolet treatment extensibility shall be carried out according to 6.5.2.4 in jc408
4.6 nonvolatile content
4.6.1 test steps
dry a glass Petri dish with a diameter of about 75mm in an oven at 105 ± 2 ℃, cool it in a dryer to room temperature and weigh it, accurate to 0.001g. Weigh 2G ± 0.2g of the sample and let the sample be evenly dispersed in the dish. Put the Petri dish containing the sample into an oven at 105 ± 2 ℃ for 3h, cool it in a dryer to room temperature, and then weigh it, accurate to 0.01g, and test it in parallel for at least two times
4.6.2 result calculation

4.8 heat resistance
according to 6.7 in jc408, the sample quantity is 50g, the test temperature is 80 ± 2 ℃, and the constant temperature is 2H
4.9 impermeability
according to 6.9.1 in jc408, the sample quantity is 225g, the metal aperture is 2mm, add a layer of filter paper under the test piece during the test, maintain the pressure of 0.1MPa for 30min, and observe whether it is permeable
4.10 bond strength
4.10.1 test steps
mortar block preparation shall be carried out according to 6.8.1 in jc408, test piece preparation shall be carried out according to 6.8.2.2 in jc408, sample brushing thickness shall not be greater than 0.5mm, and five test pieces shall be prepared
place the test piece at 20 ± 2 ℃ for 2h, according to 6.8.3 in jc408, place the test piece on the electric anti
folding instrument, use the horizontal bar type, adjust the zero point, and the no-load automatic stretching speed is 50mm/min, then start the testing machine until the test piece breaks, and record the value (P) when the test piece breaks, accurate to 1n. The test results are expressed by the arithmetic mean of the three test pieces close to the median, accurate to 0.01Mpa
5 inspection rules
5 At present, 1 sampling
takes 5T as a batch for inspection, and less than 5T is also inspected as a batch. Product sampling is carried out according to gb3186, and a total of 2kg samples are taken for inspection. The storage temperature of the sample is 535 ℃
5.2 inspection classification
product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection
5.3 factory inspection
factory inspection items include untreated extensibility, nonvolatile content, low temperature flexibility and heat resistance. When all the inspection results meet the specified technical requirements, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If one item does not meet the requirements, it needs to be reinspected. It is allowed to take double samples from the same batch of products according to the provisions of 5.1 for re inspection of unqualified items. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified
5.4 type inspection
type inspection items are all items in the technical requirements, which are carried out every six months under normal production conditions. If the inspection results meet all technical requirements, it will be judged as qualified; Otherwise, it will be judged as unqualified
6 packaging, marking, transportation and storage
6.1 packaging
products are packed in iron drums or plastic drums with covers
6.2 mark
the facade of the packaging barrel should be painted with obvious marks, including: manufacturer name, address, product name, standard number, weight, trademark, production date or production batch number, and expiration date
6.3 storage and transportation
storage temperature 0 ~ 35 ℃, the effective storage period of the product from the date of production shall not be less than half a year
storage and transportation should be protected from sunlight, impact and close to the heat source
